Tracy McCauley is the founder and CEO of Angels With Hope LLC, a workshop and speaking company dedicated to helping women rebuild their self-worth, rediscover their voice, and move forward with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in the human services field, Tracy has supported women, teens, and families in developing life skills and overcoming challenges rooted in hurt, shame, and self-doubt.
She began her career serving and mentoring at-risk youth and adults through community and state agencies across South Carolina.

Tracy facilitates workshops and speaking experiences that focus on:

After overcoming abusive relationships, rejection, and loss of identity, Tracy understands what it takes to rebuild from the inside out.

Education & Background
Tracy studied at Southern Wesleyan University and Webster University, earning a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
